YourAIVoice reads written text aloud for anyone who finds listening easier than reading — for fatigue, dyslexia, low vision or simply a long document. It is free, keeps your text on your device, and works offline once installed. It is a reading aid you choose to use, not a replacement for a full screen reader.
Built with accessibility in mind
YourAIVoice is built to the WCAG 2.1 AA standard, with keyboard operation and screen-reader labelling, and currently reports zero automated accessibility violations. A full manual review is still in progress, so we describe it as built to AA rather than certified.
How it helps
Paste a document or article and have it read aloud at a pace you set, with pauses where you want them. The audio can be downloaded as an MP3 to listen to later, offline.
